Computer Education has become essential for smart work in every walk of life. Realizing the importance of computer education in practical life, we teach the subject of computer studies at all levels (K.G. – X). The objectives of teaching computer are: –
- Enabling the students to learn basic concepts of computer thus helping them to move towards higher education with prior knowledge of computer studies.
- Providing ample opportunity to the students for testing their application skills through hands on practice in computer lab at Jr. & Sr. level (separately).
- Creating interest of students in computer studies by assigning those different topics for Multimedia presentation.
- Developing research habits among senior students by giving them tasks of project works through teacher-guided internet surfing.
Continuous Professional Development
We believe that effective teacher makes a difference in the lives of students. In order to ensure effectiveness of teachers in the classroom, we keep on providing the opportunity of learning to the teachers through different short courses, seminars and training workshops on teacher development. In this way, these professional development programmes facilitate the teachers to create an environment in the workplace whereby professional learning and development takes place in a structured way to enhance teaching and learning.The programme focuses on:
